This mentoring program is designed to work through the most important aspects of a new business in a really supportive way. It’s a holistic and tailored experience, designed to give you exactly what YOU need right now to create a business that makes you happy and makes you money. I’m here to hold space for the difficult conversations, for you to feel seen and heard, release what no longer serves you and move in the direction of what you truly value in life. TAKE ME BACK A STEP
- 4 Zoom video calls within a 3-month period (1 x 3hr, 3 x 2hr = 9 hours in total).
- Access to me for up to 3 months between sessions - email support where needed between calls to help you implement changes in your business and answer questions.
- We’ll aim to cover backend business set up, defining and pricing your services, quoting, invoicing, the sales process and confidence around it, expenses, goals, branding, mindset, creating boundaries, support at home, health and anything else you need.
- Templates where necessary.

If you’ve been running an established business for a few years now, this is an invitation to pause, reflect and do things differently.
In our time together, my aim is to make sure you’re grounded in your foundations and connected to yourself to allow for real growth both personally and in your business.
The more established the business, the more moving parts. Perhaps it’s just you or maybe you run a team and have a premise. From what I’ve seen over the past few years, some beautiful brands have been created. They have a decent social media following, and everything looks great on the outside, but underneath they are drowning. Confidence is low, you aren’t sure of the process and the clients are sensing this. Pricing and invoicing gets awkward and is often too low for the value being offered. Communication with staff is lacking. The income does not match the output and the concept of “me time”, well, that’s just unheard of. Maybe it’s time to rebrand, restructure your packages, hire some support in your business or pivot, and you’re not sure where to begin.
I’m here to guide, empower and support you through these decisions, open you up to new possibilities and encourage your personal growth to step into the leader your business needs you to be. - We’ll work through your process and the client journey - not just the physical process, but also the sales process in a non-cheesy way that feels aligned.
